Farhan is most actively involved in his staffing business, as the Founding Partner of Futurz and serving as the company's Executive Chairman and Managing Director. Farhan has, in fact, pioneered the staffing business in India, which started as an idea that bloomed out of the trying recession economy in 2008. Having built a strong career through team leadership, business management and overall strategic management, Farhan spearheads Futurz as a leader in the staffing industry. One can safely say that in his 10+ years of experience in the recruitment and staffing space, he has contributed immensely and consistently towards the evolution of the sector domestically. He doesn’t plan to stop there, though. Farhan is attacking the global recruitment and staffing markets, with international offices already incorporated in the UK, Dubai and the Philippines and blueprints to expand further. With a turnover of over USD 40 million, a growth rate of 300 percent YoY and a vision to be listed on Indian stock exchanges by 2025, Futurz, under the leadership of Farhan, is ditching the stairs and taking the elevator to continued success!
Before starting Futurz in 2008, Farhan worked in the Financial and BPO industry, building a track record of developing rewarding relationships across a diverse set of industries. At Futurz, he has been instrumental to the company's success, propelling it from an initial team of 3 employees to a 250-employee strong organisation with more than 15,000 associates on its payroll today.
As a responsible socialite, Farhan ensures that he also gives back to society, especially underprivileged children. He regularly sponsors education and clothing for these low-income group kids.
